The customer is the data controller; MEXCOR s.r.o. acts as processor (Art. 28 GDPR) and processes data solely on the customer instructions.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: token encryption on devices, encrypted transport (HTTPS), role-based access control, SSO/SCIM and audit log.
Upon termination we delete or return the data according to instructions and statutory periods.
